«The biggest prison is in your own mind, and in your pocket you already hold the key: the willingness to risk; the willingness to release yourself from judgment and reclaim your innocence, accepting and loving yourself for who you really are—human, imperfect, and whole.»

Ekaterina Reznikova

Each of us deserves to live a full, conscious life — one that makes space for real emotions, deep relationships, and inner freedom. I believe this not only as a professional, but as someone who has walked this path of change myself.

For ten years, I worked in finance within international companies. That experience taught me a lot — most importantly, the value of truly listening to myself. Despite external success, I kept hearing a quiet question inside: “Am I really where I’m meant to be?” Over time, the answer led me to a new profession — one where I found meaning. Personal therapy became a bridge to a more authentic life, where every encounter is a living, honest connection.

I have a deep understanding of what it’s like to stand at a crossroads — to feel lost, exhausted by searching, or weighed down by uncertainty. Sometimes the darkest hour is simply the one before dawn. In those moments, it helps to have someone nearby who can gently hold the light.

Therapy is more than working through difficulties. It’s a path back to yourself — to inner strength, clarity, and freedom. A journey where each step is an act of self-acceptance and a move toward a more vibrant, meaningful life. And I’m here to walk that path with you, with care and presence.
«The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.»

Principles and values that guide my work
Safety and Professionalism

I offer a safe, supportive space for your growth and change. Regular supervision and professional support help me find the most effective ways to work with your unique situation.
Respect and Acceptance

You can be yourself — without fear of judgment. I treat your inner world with care, strictly follow ethical guidelines and confidentiality, and honor your boundaries and choices.
Conscious Practice

Personal therapy and mindful self-care help me stay truly present with you — grounded, attentive, and engaged, without bringing my own material into the process.
Trust in Your Inner Wisdom

All the answers you seek are already within. My role is to help you hear your inner voice and reconnect with your strength. The most meaningful result of our work is the moment you feel secure enough to walk your path without therapy.
Ongoing Growth

I engage in continuous professional development, so I can adapt my approach and choose what works best for you.
Love for What I Do

I truly love what I do. In every session, I bring warmth, presence, and belief in your potential. That inner light helps guide the way toward healing and growth.
How I Can Help
What We Can Work On Together:
What I Don’t Work With:
  • Relationship with yourself: identity exploration, building self-worth and confidence
  • Relationships with others: partner dynamics, parent-child and family relationships
  • Life transitions and crises: search for meaning, grief and loss, adapting to change
  • Children and adolescents
  • Substance use and gambling addiction
  • Family members of current or former clients (even after ending therapy)
  • Emotional wellbeing: anxiety, fears, depressive states
  • Burnout: professional, personal, or parental fatigue
  • Migration support: adapting to a new country, finding inner stability
I create a safe and supportive space where you can:
  • Speak freely about what truly matters — without fear of judgment
  • Explore your emotions and inner experiences
  • Receive gentle support and thoughtful guidance
  • Move toward meaningful change at your own pace
I work integratively, which means I tailor methods and tools to your specific needs and goals. Each approach offers a different path to deeper self-understanding and supports the unique process of working with your concerns.
In my practice, I draw on several therapeutic modalities:
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Process-Oriented Psychology
  • Art Therapy
  • Psychodrama
  • Body-Oriented Therapy
Individual session:
Duration: 60 minutes
Fee: €60 (online) / €80 (in person, in the Netherlands)
You’re welcome to reach out from anywhere in the world — I offer flexible payment options for international clients.
Sharing testimonials in a therapeutic setting is an ethical matter, because:
  • Using client experiences for promotion is a marketing tool — not a part of the therapeutic process.
  • Disclosing any aspect of a client’s identity, even with their consent, crosses the boundaries of confidentiality.
  • When focused on collecting praise, a therapist may unconsciously start aiming to be liked rather than working in the client’s best interest.
  • Instead, I believe the true outcome of our work is something you feel within — in your life, your emotional state, and your relationship with yourself and the world.
  • That is the most meaningful kind of feedback.
I deeply respect the trust my clients place in me, and I believe that therapy is a safe space where you can fully be yourself. That’s why I don’t ask for testimonials or share any details of our work.
